MIND Diet Companion is now on the App Store

August 26, 2026 · 3 min read

MIND Diet Companion is live on the App Store. It's the third app in the Copper Sun Companion Series, and like the first two, it does one thing well: it makes an eating pattern easy to follow by letting you talk to it.

Say what you ate — that's the whole workflow

You describe a meal in plain language — "kale salad, blueberries, a handful of walnuts" — and MIND Diet Companion logs it. No forms, no barcode scanning, no hunting a database for someone else's idea of your lunch. The logging takes less time than the meal.

Then it reflects the day back to you: which of the MIND foods you've reached, and which are worth rounding out. It reads the shape of your week rather than scoring every bite — a nudge when a pattern is real, never a nag.

The MIND pattern, in plain terms

The MIND diet is a whole-food eating pattern, a blend of the Mediterranean and DASH diets. It leans on a recognizable set of foods and keeps a few others light:

Lean into Keep light
Leafy greens, other vegetables Red meat
Berries, nuts Butter, cheese
Whole grains, beans Sweets
Fish, poultry, olive oil Fried food

The app coaches toward the left column and keeps the right column light. That's the pattern — no macros to hit, no gold stars. You can see it in action with a MIND recipe.

What it costs and where to get it

MIND Diet Companion is $14.99 a month or $129.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. iPhone, United States. Read more on the MIND Diet Companion page and download it from the App Store.

It joins Copper Keto Companion and Nordic Diet Companion — the same idea, a different eating pattern: talk to it, and it does the tracking.
