The Site is operated by Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC("the Company"), a single-member limited liability company based in the United States.

What we collect
1. Standard server access logs
When you visit a page on the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard server access information: your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page you requested, response code, and a timestamp. This is the same baseline information that any web server records to operate a website.
We use this information only to:
- Serve the right page to the right visitor
- Diagnose problems (broken links, server errors)
- Detect and prevent abuse (denial-of-service attempts, scraping floods, security probes)
2. Email you send us
If you email us through the contact address shown on the Site, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and resolve your inquiry. We do not add your email to any marketing list.
3. Analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general device and browser information. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and derives a coarse, approximate location from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or retain your full IP address; it uses it only transiently to estimate location.
The Site also uses Vercel Web Analytics (provided by Vercel, our hosting provider) for aggregate visitor and page-view counts. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect or store personal data.
We use analytics only to:
- See which content is useful, so we can improve it
- Understand overall traffic levels and where visitors come from
We do not use analytics for advertising and do not combine analytics data with any attempt to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
What we do NOT do
Beyond the aggregate analytics described above, the Site is built deliberately minimal. We do not:
- Show advertising of any kind
- Use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking
- Sell, share, rent, or transfer any visitor information for advertising or commercial purposes
- Build advertising profiles of visitors or track you across other websites
- Embed third-party social or marketing widgets (no YouTube embeds, no Twitter buttons, no chat widgets)

Vercel typically retains access logs for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes; we do not maintain a separate copy.
International data transfers
Vercel processes data in the United States and other regions. Where data flows from the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we and our providers rely on Data Privacy Framework certifications and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us at the email address above. Because the Site does not maintain visitor accounts, there is generally nothing for us to delete beyond your email correspondence, which we will delete on request.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: nothing to opt out of — we do not sell or share visitor data.
- Cookies: the Site uses Google Analytics cookies for aggregate usage measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on linked above.
European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
EU, UK, and Swiss visitors have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP. Our lawful basis for processing access logs is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site. Analytics cookies are used only for aggregate measurement; you can decline them with the opt-out above or your browser settings. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the rights of access, deletion, correction, and portability under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
The Site is not intended for or directed to children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect this data
The Site is served exclusively over TLS / HTTPS. Vercel encrypts access logs at rest using their standard storage encryption. Administrative access to the underlying account uses multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting visitor data, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators without undue delay as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We will update this Privacy Policy when the Site's data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. The current version is always at coppersuncompanion.com/privacy.
