This breakfast takes about five minutes, needs four ingredients, and comes in around 4g net carbs — most of which is the avocado. It's the kind of meal that holds you to lunch without a mid-morning crash.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ a ripe avocado
- 3 strips of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Lay the bacon in a cold pan, then bring it up to medium heat. Starting cold renders the fat evenly and gets it crisp without scorching. Cook 8–10 minutes, turning once.
- While the bacon rests, wipe most of the fat from the pan and drop the heat to low. Melt the butter.
- Beat the eggs, pour them in, and stir slowly with a spatula. Pull them off the heat while they're still glossy — they finish cooking on the plate.
- Slice the avocado over the top. Season, and add the bacon.

A note on portions
The avocado is the only real carb source here, so if you're tight against your ceiling later in the day, a quarter instead of a half buys you a gram or two of headroom. If you log this in Copper Keto Companion, just say "three eggs, half an avocado, three strips of bacon" and it works out the net carbs for you.
