Keto air fryer salmon bites — golden seared cubes of salmon glazed and garnished with parsley in a bowl
Serving suggestion — your result will vary

Cut salmon into cubes and the air fryer gives you crisp, caramelized edges on every side in under ten minutes — a fast, high-protein keto dinner that lands around 2g net carbs. The bite-size pieces cook quickly and evenly, and they're endlessly useful: over cauliflower rice, on a salad, in lettuce cups, or just speared off the plate.

Salmon overcooks in a flash in an air fryer, so check it a minute or two early — the carryover heat finishes it.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut in 1.5-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley and lemon, to serve

Steps

  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry and toss them with the oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between the cubes.
  3. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes, until the edges are caramelized and the salmon is just cooked through. No need to flip.
  4. Check early — salmon goes from perfect to dry fast in an air fryer.
  5. Finish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon, and serve.

Notes and swaps

Cut even-sized cubes so they cook at the same rate, and don't crowd the basket. Coconut aminos add a savory glaze without the sugar of teriyaki; a little sugar-free sweetener makes it stickier if you like. Swap the seasoning toward Cajun, lemon-pepper, or everything-bagel for variety. Serve over cauliflower rice or a green salad. Leftovers are great cold the next day.
